It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the entered delivery address is correct. We will not be responsible for any return or loss due to an incorrect address. We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. But we cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
