Nicevt Warranty Policy
Nicevt provides a 12-month limited warranty on all official products, starting from the date of delivery. This warranty ensures your device is free from manufacturing defects under normal use.
⚠️ Mandatory Inspection Period:
For any items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery. These cases are handled under our Refund Policy for immediate resolution via our Express Resolution Pathway.
1. What is Covered
- Failure to power on or internal hardware malfunctions.
- Audio imbalance or complete loss of sound in one earbud.
- Persistent Bluetooth connectivity failures due to hardware defects.
- Battery defects preventing normal charging or usage.
2. Exclusions (Not Covered)
This warranty does not apply to:
- Damage from accidents, liquid submersion, or physical abuse (e.g., drops).
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., surface scratches, cosmetic fading).
- Unauthorized modifications or repair attempts.
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers.
3. How to Submit a Claim
- Contact: Email support@nicevt.com with your Order ID.
- Evidence: Provide clear photos or a short video demonstrating the functional defect.
- Verification: Our team will review your claim within 24-48 business hours.
- Resolution: For verified hardware defects, we provide a free replacement unit.
*Note: Warranty claims are eligible for replacements only. For monetary refunds, please refer to our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee in the Refund Policy.
