Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a tracking link.

You can also track your order directly on this page using one of the following options:

• Order Number + Email

• Order Number + Phone Number

• Tracking Number

You will be able to view the latest updates on your package, including its current location.

After your order has been shipped, it may take 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update. This is completely normal — your package is already on the way but may not have reached the first tracking checkpoint yet.

If your tracking information has not updated after 5 business days, please feel free to contact our support team and we will make sure everything is on track.

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a few hours before the package actually arrives.

Please check the following first:

• With your neighbors

• Your mailbox

• Your local post office

If you still cannot locate your package after 24 hours, please contact us at support@nicevt.com. Please note that all delivery discrepancies or missing items must be reported within 7 days of the marked delivery date to qualify for our Express Resolution Pathway.

Please double-check that the email address and order number you entered match exactly with the information in your order confirmation email.

Your order number should begin with a “#” (for example: #12345).

If your order was placed very recently, tracking information may not be available yet. Please try again in 24–48 hours.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

You can check the estimated delivery date on the tracking page for the most accurate information regarding your order.

We offer a 24-hour window after purchase to modify your shipping address. However, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the address. Please review your details carefully before placing your order.
