2. Express Resolution Pathway (No Return Needed)

To provide the best customer experience, we offer an Express Resolution Pathway for specific situations where a physical return is waived.

  • Eligibility Criteria:

    • Damaged or Defective Items: The product is non-functional or physically damaged upon arrival.

    • Incorrect/Missing Items: You received the wrong product or missing essential accessories.

    • Logistics Errors: The package was severely damaged during transit or confirmed lost.

  • How to Apply: Contact support@nicevt.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. Our team will assess your request within 24 hours.

  • Outcome: For verified eligible cases, we will issue a partial/full refund or a free replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.

  • Note: If your case does not meet the criteria above (e.g., change of mind), the Standard Return Process below remains fully available.

3. Standard Return Process

If your situation does not qualify for an express resolution (e.g., change of mind), please follow these steps:

  1. Authorization: Contact support@nicevt.com to receive a Return Authorization and the specific warehouse address. Returns sent without an RMA or to the address on the shipping label cannot be processed.

  2. Return Shipping Fees: * Defective/Incorrect Items: Nicevt covers 100% of return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid label or reimburse your postage.

    • Personal Reasons (Change of Mind): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  3. No Restocking Fees: We believe in fair shopping; therefore, we charge $0 restocking fees for all returns.

  4. Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original packaging and in "like-new" condition.

4. Refund Scope & Timeline

We are committed to transparency regarding what is refunded:

  • What is Refunded: * For Defective/Incorrect items, you will receive a Full Refund (Product price + Original shipping fees).

    • For Change of Mind, we refund the Product Price only. Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

  • Inspection: Once your return is delivered, our team will inspect it within 3 business days.

  • Payout: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

  • 24-Hour Window: You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us via our Contact Page.

  • Post-Dispatch: If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to the Standard Return Process upon receiving the package.

6. Exchanges

To ensure you get the correct item as quickly as possible, we do not perform traditional exchanges.

  • The Faster Way: Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product simultaneously. This ensures the new item is reserved and shipped to you without waiting for the return to be processed.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
